Return policy

We have a 14-day return policy. This means that after receiving your item, you have 14 days to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn and unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us via info@selectedwithlove.nl. Please note: returns must be sent to the following address: SELECTED WITH LOVE, Louis Pregerkade 104, 3071AZ Rotterdam.

Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without a return request being submitted will not be accepted.

The amount of the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Damage and problems
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We can then evaluate the problem and resolve it for you.
Exceptions/items that cannot be returned
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as customized products (like special orders or personalized items) and personal care items (beauty products, 

for example). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, sale items or gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchange
The fastest way to get the desired item is to return the item you have and purchase the new item separately once the return has been accepted.
14-day statutory cooling-off period in the EU
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving reasons. As above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with labels and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, you will be notified and we will also let you know if the return has been approved. Upon approval, you will be automatically refunded within ten working days via the original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and deposit the refund.
